About Winter in the ‘Wood

The 2022 Winter in the ‘Wood is the inaugural one-day winter festival in Seminole Park at the heart of the Historic Kenwood artist enclave and neighborhood.

Sunday, December 18th, 2pm – 7pm
Seminole Park in Historic Kenwood
b/w Burlington Ave + 3rd Avenue N and 29th Street + 30th Street.

On December 18th, join us at our inaugural “Winter In The ‘Wood” – a delightful winter festival with exhibits and performances by enclave artists, activities for children and adults, a visit by Santa (3 – 4:30 pm), delicious food, live music, acrobats, poets and so much more. Find unique and handmade gifts during this last-minute holiday shopping opportunity from 30 hyper-local arts & crafts vendors. And bringing together old and new Historic Kenwood holiday traditions, we will be announcing the Holiday Decorating Contest Winners live on stage!

Bring your lawn chairs, or blankets, and plan to spend a festive day in our Kenwood neighborhood park celebrating the season with your neighbors, family, and friends! If you can’t be there all day, Radio St. Pete will be broadcasting a portion of the performances live.

Following the festivities in Seminole Park, it’s time to enjoy all the lights and decorations adorning our neighborhood homes, including this year’s winners.
