Acceptance for applicants is on a rolling basis and is open now. There is no application fee.

For the purpose of this application, the term “vendor” includes all parties who want to participate with a tent, table, food truck, or other similar physical set-up: artists, creators, bakers, makers, food truck, non-profits, etc.

We welcome artists, makers, and sellers from within Historic Kenwood as well as from outside of our neighborhood. However, we want to encourage our neighbors to come out and participate. Therefore, Historic Kenwood residents get a discount on the already-low participation fee: Historic Kenwood $25 (non-refundable), outside of Historic Kenwood $40 (non-refundable).

We welcome musicians, choirs, poets, comedians, acrobats, entertainers and much, much more.

We don’t require a participation fee, nor do we offer compensation for performing artists who want to participate with a scheduled set on the pavilion stage in the center of the park. Scheduled sets will probably last 20 – 30 minutes, unless performer has a reason for a shorter set. Performers can choose what they want to perform, but should could keep in mind this is a family-friendly event.
