Melinda Rose Bartlett

I have been taking photos for as long as I can remember.  I have had a fair share of digital and film cameras throughout my life. I just don’t feel right without a camera by my side. Growing up I learned about the importance of what I was shooting, rather than how fancy my camera was. As an adult, I try not to base my photos on my camera ability. I look for something that catches my eye, and my camera pulls through. I mostly specialize in nature and street photography. However, I find any subject fun to work with. I have and will continue to try almost any art form. I recently took up wood working as a hobby, and I find it very enjoyable.  The end product always makes me happy as well. It’s another way I feel I can create something nice from nature. That’s what I really enjoy doing, capturing the way I see the world for others.
