Andrew “Grandy” Smith
I started painting 3 years ago shortly after I retired. As emerging artist I am still trying to find my own style but, I have decided on acrylics for my medium. The colors are bright and can be used as is or, mimic both oil and watercolor.
My work usually reflects my love for sailing and the ocean so water is almost always present. I have donated several pieces for auction for the Lupus Foundations and have completed several private commissions. My work was shown publically for the first time at Historic Kenwood’s “BungalowFest 2014” last November.
You can see more of my work on Facebook under Grandy Smith Acrylic Artist.
