Andee Scott

Andee Scott is a choreographer and collaborative dance artist based in St. Petersburg, FL. Current interests include improvisation, technology, site-specific choreography, and devising and curating site-specific performance events that invite the audience to experience dance in familiar and unfamiliar spaces. Her work has been performed nationally and internationally, and she was an artist in residence at Djerassi in 2011. Andee was a member of Sharir+Bustamante Danceworks and Blue Lapis Light in Austin, TX, and is currently on faculty at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Recent projects include Our Town, a walking tour of site-specific dances in downtown St. Petersburg, and Our Trail, a series of three live dance and music performances on the Pinellas Trail. Also notable, she choreographed N’Sink, a synchronized swimming piece for 6 HK residents in Cliff and Joe’s pool for the 2013 HK Bungalow Fest.
