Emily Stone

My creative perspective is driven by the inspiration I gain from nature, specifically from the swampy lands of Louisiana and Florida where I was raised. I work in mediums that are rooted in fluidity and diversity, such as printmaking, paper arts, and suspended mixed media collections. I bring collections together, mostly recycled and dead natural materials, to inspire authenticity and honor Divine Connection. Every piece of art I create is a reflection of my Soul and my connection to the Divine.

Since I returned to St. Petersburg, Florida in 2013 I’ve worked and participated in various art shows, galleries, collectives and events including The Oleson Gallery, Bloom Art Center, and St. Pete Women’s Collective. Currently my studio, StoneFree Studio, is within St. Pete Women’s Collective.
